The Hotel Management course has been specially designed to familiarize the students with hospitality industry with specific reference to hotels. The course will enable the students to pursue Hotel line as a career. The objectives of this course are to impart basic knowledge and skills required for hotel and catering industry enabling the students to operate and work on small-scale accommodation and catering establishments.
On completion of this course, the students will be able to:
•To operate small-scale accommodation and catering operations.
•To perform entry level jobs in the core areas of small scale accommodation and catering establishment.
